On Easter Sunday we invite you to our festive brunch from 11 am to 3 pm: warm and cold delicacies, house-made salmon tartare, fresh Sylt oysters and of course our legendary scrambled eggs with truffle. Seats are limited – reservation required.

In the heart of Westerland, Momo wants to create a haven of flavour where regional and international specialities come together. He built a solid foundation for his love of great food and attentive service with a training as a hotel professional – and refined it over several years on Amrum and Sylt. Now he's writing his own chapter with Sylter Stadtgeflüster.
